But this real-life builder? I don’t think that he was really that nice. He didn’t offer to help the workers build the office, and he didn’t say hi to the contractor or the workers. All he did was grab a handshake and walk away.

Construction sites can be stressful. At times, they can be just as intense as your life, especially if you work for the company that owns the site. For our own site, we work with a company that owns an entire city. We were told by the city that our site was going to be a “downtown” area and that we would need to do things like renovate buildings and have people moving in.
The good news is that the new site is going to be a lot more relaxed. The bad news is that it’s going to be much more stressful.
For the first few months, the new site will be a city where you will have to pay $10 a month. But as the site is renovated, you will be able to pay less – $1 a month. The city will also be able to do things like hire a real estate agent and have a real estate office. We had no idea that the city would do this but it looks like the city is going to be a lot more friendly to our site.
