I think it becomes harder when we walk with the body language and facial expressions, because then the body language and facial expressions can be more obvious, and the self-awareness is harder to figure out. But if we are not confident, we dont walk with confidence, because we dont know what we want.
The other reason people are so self-aware is because we think we are. We always have thought we are, and we always will be, which is why we take a self-awareness class. We teach us how to take the time to consider how we are walking, just as we are, and how we should walk.
