For those of you who are thinking about taking the leap into the world of real estate, I’d like to give you a quick update on what I’ve been up to recently. First of all, I just finished teaching a new course on how to get a great education and become a great real estate agent, and I’ve been enjoying it so far.
Next up (aside from the course), Ive been spending most of my time at one of my favorite venues, james capital real estate. This is a real estate agency that Ive worked with several times in the past two years, and I love it. It’s where I spend all my free time these days, and I’ve been enjoying myself with my time there. I’ve also been spending a lot of time in the office there.
Some of my favorite parts of james capital are the people Ive worked with there, and the office itself. Ive loved the fact that all the people Ive had meaningful discussions with, or had an idea or project with, were mostly in the office, and none of them were just working out of their homes or apartments. The office itself is a true community, and a great place for people to hang out and to learn from peers and industry experts.
The office, like any community, also needs a strong leader. That leader in james capital is james capital advisors. James is one of the most experienced and talented people in the office. He is known for his extensive knowledge and for having the ability to get things done without a lot of authority. James has a calm and quiet demeanor that is very soothing to many people. He has the ability to make other people feel comfortable as well.
