I feel like we are still on the cusp of a new age of business in our local lakes community, but I am not going to say anything bad about the Lake Business Group or Lakes Chamber of Commerce. I feel that we are still very young and we have a lot of growing to do, but we have made some great strides. We would like to take this moment to thank all of our wonderful volunteers and sponsors.
I have to say, it’s good to see that we are still having meetings. We have a new board, new officers, and a new website. We are going to continue to grow, and I hope you will join us to help us achieve that goal.
Our goal is to be the largest, most diverse, most innovative, and most inclusive business association in the southwest. To do that we need to be creative and innovative when it comes to marketing. We have a great team of marketing team members, so let’s make them available at our meetings. We are in the process of creating a new website, which will give us the ability to market to all of our stakeholders (members, vendors, and nonmembers alike) from the same location.

Lakes USA is a business group within the lakes community. We represent the four different types of businesses within our community: family businesses, small businesses, medium-sized businesses, and large ones. These businesses are the most active and most profitable within our community and so we can’t help but be successful in them.
