If you’re going to be a chef, you have to take a class, take a cooking class, and take all the steps to get a license. If you’re going to be a writer, you have to take classes every day, every week, and take all the steps to get a degree. If you’re going to be a doctor, you have to take classes every day, every week, and take all the steps to become board certified.
People are actually product-process experts. They have to learn all these steps and in order to pass their exams they have to take all the steps to become board certified. If youre a chef, you take classes every day, every week, and take all the steps to get a license. If youre a writer, you take classes every day, every week, and take all the steps to become a degree.
People are indeed product-process experts. But not ones who can take all the steps to become a licensed doctor or a certified teacher. Those are the kinds of people who are most often seen at the bottom of the product chain. That being said, they are also often the kind you’d least expect. The one thing that separates them from the rest of the world is that they have a passion for what they do. They have a passion for knowing what they do and for their craft.
A great product-process expert is someone who has a genuine passion for what they do and believes in what they do. It’s not something that comes from just reading a book or going to school. Passion is something you’re born with. It has to do with your beliefs, you know what you believe in, and you feel the passion to get your work done.
Its a funny thing though. I know a couple of guys that have been at the top of their field for a long time. They have a passion for what they do and believe in what they do. And yet most of the world has no passion for what they do.
Most people start out doing what they love and then they get bored. They stop and they stop doing what they love. Thats why a lot of people are just mediocre. Then you get to the point where you have no passion for anything and your going to do it any way you can.
I work with a team that is a lot like that. We have what we call “people process”. People process is the process of developing your skills and abilities. It is the process of learning how to become a better craftsman or a better manager or a better coach or a better leader. Some people process involves learning how to be a great leader, a great craftsman, a great manager, and a great coach.
My team and I recently had a conversation about people process and how much you should be working on it. We came to the conclusion that it is not the most important part of your job, but it is still the most important part of your life, and it makes all the difference in the world.
In my opinion, people process is the number one thing that can make or break a person. It’s where they find out who they are, where they find out who they can be, where they find out what to do next, and it’s almost impossible to find out when people process is at its peak. It’s the thing that makes you truly yourself. It shows who you are, it shows how you feel, and it shows how you know yourself.
What I find interesting is that, despite having no memory and being in the middle of a party, I can still feel the difference in my personality. Some of my friends are the best people I’ve ever met, and I’ve met many, many more that will probably rank higher in my life. But I can still count the ones who are like me because they process like me. I can also tell who I am because I process.
