For some unknown reason, snapchat has been an incredibly popular app for some time now. To date, over 3 million users have shared a single Snapchat video. The app’s popularity stems from its ability to deliver a near constant stream of real life moments from friends and family.
And the best part is that it doesn’t require an internet connection. All you do is open the app, snap a photo, and it shows you what you just snapped in real time. It’s the exact same effect you’ll get from Twitter or facebook, but without the need for a huge data bank to feed your brain with random thoughts you’ve never heard of.
The good news is that Snapchat is making a lot of effort to be less “fake”, and that is why its popularity is so great. Snapchat has a very good reputation in terms of the privacy and safety of its users, and that is why the new app is the best weve seen. The fact that the app allows users to see their friends’ private Snapchat moments has been a big advantage that weve used for years.
The problem is that a lot of people don’t take advantage of this feature. They don’t use it on a regular basis, and they think that since they are using the app for a social network, they should only use it with their friends. Snapchat has built a strong reputation around its privacy and safety, and that has been the most important thing for it to build off of.
Snapchat seems to be trying to fix this problem by having an option to replay the Snapchat video to see it in a more private setting. Unfortunately, if you do that, then the fact that the person whose private moments you replay is now in your Snapchat list makes it a bit harder to see if that person is a friend or family member.
Snapchat’s ability to play around with content like this could make it more difficult to see what you’re doing. But you could be doing it more naturally.
My best guess is that SnapChat, while a relatively new app, already has a feature that would allow you to replay a Snapchat video, and that is the ability to send a message to a friend who you can’t see. By making it more difficult to see other people youre not friends with (in the hopes that they dont see you as a potential threat), SnapChat could at least make it marginally more difficult to see them as a threat.
It’s not just Snapchat. A new app called Zumo, which lets you send messages to people you can’t see (or even see), could have the same effect. If you are sent a message, it can’t be seen unless you are on the phone with someone.
I’m not sure if this is good or bad, but you are supposed to make a profile to see if there is a person with you. If there is, you can message them. If not, you cant see them. This will prevent people from being able to mess with you.
Zumo is a new messaging app that lets you message people even if they couldn’t be in your physical proximity. You send a message and they get a notification on their phone. If they don’t want to chat with you, they can’t. If they do want to chat with you, they can. The problem with this is that there is no way to actually know who is in your vicinity before you send a message.
