First, and foremost, you want to make sure you’re calling someone you know. If you call someone you don’t know, you’re going to have less chance of getting a response. If you call someone you don’t know and need a response, it’s likely going to get cut off.
Don’t call someone you don’t know, you don’t know, and cant remember. That was a joke. Call someone you know, you dont know, and you have a pretty good idea who you’re going to get.
This is the last thing we need to know about this business phone call.
Phone numbers start looking silly the second you start getting to know them and making an actual phone call. Make the first call, then call the last three. That should get you to the heart of the issue. If you need a reference, call the last three phone numbers, not the first three.
I have a lot of phone calls this week that I’d like to start thinking about, and that’s why I want to do this post. First off, you have to know your number.
If you’re a business owner, you probably have a strong habit of calling in the name of a company. You don’t want to be the one with no background. You have to be a good person to call in the name of someone and have no idea what you are doing. You also have to know how to use the phone. It’s not just a number you have to know about. You have to know how to dial it up.
When you dial your number, you have to know your number. The number you dial has to be a number that you have an account with. You can call in your number as “John Smith” or “John Smith”@12345. Some companies will give you a code so you can have a different name for the number. In the case of this post, I had to go through a bunch of different names to get my number dialed.
The first thing you have to know is that you have to know the correct name for the number you have to dial. A business number like the one I gave you or a personal number like yours is called a Pre-Stamped (a.k.a. Pre-Phone). When you dial a business number, you will have to enter the Pre-Stamped number. The Pre-Stamped number is a number that you dial up to get the pre-recorded message.
In the case of this post, I used the name of my business (and my own, personal phone number) to get the pre-recorded message. But I went with my real name because I was asked to do so.
The Pre-Stamped a.k.a. Pre-Phone number is the number a business person dials to get a pre-recorded message asking you to call them for a service. For example, if you were to call an auto insurance company, you would dial their “sales representative” number, then your Pre-Stamped a.k.a. Pre-Phone number, then your personal number, then the number again to get your pre-recorded message.
